Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

The Bahrain Women’s Leadership Program (BWLP) is a unique opportunity for women, ages 15-18, to develop the leadership and communication skills critical for success in today’s global society. This four day in-person educational program will consist of workshops by established leadership and skills-training professionals from some of the world’s most prestigious leaders from various sectors and participate in team-building activities. The conference will include workshops on leadership development, negotiation and public speaking skills. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive the BWLP Certificate of Leadership.
